Shipping

We ship from Poland to all destinations across Europe.

Orders are usually processed and shipped on the next business day.
All shipments are sent via courier.

Estimated delivery time is typically 2 to 7 business days,
depending on your location in Europe.
Shipping to islands or remote areas may take a few extra days.

All shipping times are calculated in business days and exclude weekends
and public holidays.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, any delays are outside
of our control and responsibility.

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships so you can follow
your delivery.

In most cases, if you provided your mobile phone number and email address,
the courier will notify you in advance of delivery.

Returns

We offer refunds on:

  • unused items
  • purchased through this website
  • returned in their original packaging
  • within 14 days of delivery

To start a return:

Once verified, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Please note:

    • Always contact us before returning any items.
      Items returned without prior approval and/or order verification may not be accepted.
    • All returns must be shipped by the customer to Poland,
      our main warehouse handling shipping and returns across Europe.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected,
you will receive a refund confirmation email.

The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your
bank or financial institution and may take up to 2 weeks or longer.

If you have not received your refund within two weeks of receiving the confirmation email,
please contact us, so we can investigate.

Important Notes

Please do not send items purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.
Third-party sellers are responsible for their own returns, warranties, and refunds.
